RETURNS POLICY

At STEPH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your bikini, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.

1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your bikini items. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the bikini must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • With all original tags and labels still attached.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Bikinis that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Swimwear bottoms, unless they are returned unused and sealed in their original packaging.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period. All items on sale or with discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
4. How to Return
To initiate a free return within Europe:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@stephswimwear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Securely pack the item(s), including all tags and proof of purchase.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Returns within EUROPE are free of charge.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any related customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

9. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside Europe must handle shipping and customs duties at their own expense.
